CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . male UHC member needing Female vaxed caregiver, near Mesa, AZ. Care is needed twice a week would like to talk to the Caregiver and decide about day and time 3hrs each shift . This job is approximately 3hrs weekly once a week Short Term Job for weeks. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver : Bathing - walk in shower and shower chair has grab bars and hand held shower, get dressed, Transportation to doc appt/grocery shopping/pharmacy pickup/ take him to see his wife at skilled nursing facility, Light Housekeeping - help with laundry, Medication reminders .
