Job Title: As-Needed Companion Caregiver (Overnights & Multi-Day Stays) – Belton / Morgan's Point Area Job Description: We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy companion caregiver for my 93-year-old dad in the Belton/Morgan's Point area. This is an occasional, as-needed role rather than a full-time, structured schedule. It is a perfect fit for a retired individual looking for a little extra income now and then! He is fully functional but has dementia, so he simply needs someone to be at the house full-time when our family is away to ensure his safety, keep him company, and prepare his meals. Key Responsibilities: • Full-Time Presence: Staying at the house with him while family members are traveling or away. • Meal Preparation: Preparing daily meals and snacks, and cleaning up the kitchen afterward. • Companionship: Just someone present. He's not a conversationalist. He basically watches TV or hangs around outdoors. • Overnights: Providing care during overnight stays and multi-day trips (sleeping accommodations will be provided). Requirements: • Kind, patient, and highly dependable personality. • Comfortable supporting an adult with mild dementia (no specialized medical or physical lifting required, as he is fully functional).
