CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Spring, TX. Care is needed Monday through Friday for 2 hours per day preferably in the afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 10 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( has shower bench and grab bars full assistance h/ 5'8"w/ 180lbs), grooming ( assist with getting dressed, shaving using electric razor), toileting ( changing depends and cleaning up reminder to use the restroom), mobility (assist with getting up/walking around side for support), transportation ( grocery shopping, medical appts, run errands all local), meal prep (simple meals), light houskeeping ( changing bed linens, laundry, sweeping/mopping, dusting) medication reminders, companionship ( visit with member put puzzles together, help with phone).
