CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver nearSpring Branch, TX. Care is needed Tuesday mornings and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( full assistance has grab bars and bench ADA shower), grooming ( getting dressed), occassional toileting assistance (help change depends), mobiliy ( assist with getting up, walk alonside for support h/5'6" w/250lbs), occassional transportation ( medical appts all local), occasional meal prep ( diabetic meals), light housekeeping ( clean bathroom, clean bedroom, assist with laundry), medication reminder, companionship (visit with member, help with technology).
