In search of a caregiver to take care of Mom, located near Stuart, VA. We are in need of assistance Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 3pm; start as soon as possible. The schedule is negotiable and additional hours are likely available, up to full time. Mom needs substantial assistance with activities of daily living; the caregiver will be responsible for assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, and transferring. Light housework such as folding and putting away mom's clothes as well as rinsing dishes after she eats and putting them into the dishwasher is expected. During the majority of the shift, the caregiver will be a companion to mom. Mom's main entertainment these days is watching tv and playing games on her phone; she has expressed interest in starting to crochet again as well. All applicants will be considered, preference will be given to non-smokers. A great opportunity to work privately in a loving home, while earning more!
