Compassionate companion-caregiver needed for a loving couple in their early 90s in Southside Richmond (Chesterfield County). This is a calm, slower-paced caregiving environment centered more around companionship, attentiveness, mobility awareness, emotional presence, light meals, and periodic bathroom support than nonstop intensive care. He is a retired minister in a wheelchair who loves storytelling, music, birdwatching, and conversation. She is recovering from a broken hip and mainly needs mobility awareness, bathroom reminders, and encouragement walking. Quiet downtime exists throughout the day, and caregivers are welcome to bring books, crafts, remote work, or calm projects while remaining attentive in the home. Active support hours are generally 7am–10pm. Overnight stays are optional. $180/day flat rate. Shift one could be Monday-Thursday & Shift two could be Thursday-Monday.
