I am needing a caregiver to pick me up at home and take me to my doctor appointment on 8/30 to the Clearview Eye and Laser in Burien. I am needing someone to wait there while appointment is done and then bring home. Pick up time is 12:00pm for a 1:00pm appointment about 17 miles one way. Caregiver will be paid $21.00/hour and I expect it will be about 3 to 4 hours. ***ONLY Optimal Aging Approved Caregivers***
