I am are seeking a dedicated live-in caregiver to provide full-time support for my elderly father in Kennewick, Washington. He has been diagnosed with a neurological disorder that affects his mobility and cognitive functions. We are looking for someone warm, trustworthy, and skilled in providing both personal and medical care when necessary. Responsibilities: • Provide assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) • Meal preparation and assistance with feeding, as needed • Medication management and administration reminders • Mobility support (transfers, walking assistance, use of mobility aids) • Light housekeeping and laundry • Companionship and mental stimulation • Coordinate with family and medical professionals Requirements: • Experience with elderly care, especially those with neurological conditions is a plus (e.g., Parkinson’s, dementia, etc.) • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills • Ability to live on-site (private room and board provided) • Non-smoker; valid driver’s license Compensation: • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Room and board included • Time off/flexible schedule to be discussed We are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our family and help ensure our father lives with dignity, safety, and compassion.
