Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Evening shift only 3:00 - 6:00 pm and caregiver should be able to start on if possible next week This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry - change bed linens while the client is in the bed, Personal Care - Bathing bed bath, Grooming, Toileting - Client is needing a CG that is able to put on a condom catheter, butt cream for bed sores and change client diaper and lotion client body. All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
