CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver in Seattle WA 98199 . Care shift days can be flexible and caregiver should be able to start on April 16th 2024 . The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transportation to and from medical Apts for Cancer Treatments, companionship at Apts , Transfer mobility assistance - CG needs to be available for day of apts This job is approximately 6 hours shifts. On 04/16/24 , 04/30/24 and on, 05/07/24 - Schedule TBD once CG and Son connect - CG to be Reliable and available for all listed shift. Family may have other schedule Apts to setup with Hired CG. All applicants will be considered. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans.
