You will provide companionship and personal care for a woman with a speech and physical disability and mildly progressive dementia. She needs meal preparation and medication monitoring, aid with hygiene, and supervision of in home and outside activities. • Companionship and conversation • Meal preparation, assistance feeding and cleanup • Medication management • Assistance with grooming • Assistance with incontinence issues • Planning and supervision to local activities, such as shopping, etc. • Regular communication, including any changes in her condition, accidents or hazards
