The client has a mobility issue due to her stroke and Myopathy. She will need assistance with transfer, eating, toileting, bathing, personal hygiene, close monitoring, and companionship, preferably 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday. ****Optimal Aging Caregivers only****
