Reliable caregiver needed in West Seattle to care for Mother, starting this weekend Saturday 2/12. Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-8pm, but the first shift will be 8am-8pm for orientation. Caregiver's duties will include: Mealtime assistance (no meal prep required), standby shower & toileting assistance (shower on morning shift only), standing & transfer assistance (chair to walker, chair to chair/sofa, chair to toilet/toilet to chair, chair to standing at sink), PT exercises (standing & walking), light housekeeping, light meal/snack prep, medication reminders, and animated companionship (music, TV/movie, phone calls/Skype, visiting about the community. Dedicated and serious COVID-vaccinated and boosted applicants only (as required by senior living residency laws). A great opportunity to pick up some extra money while helping out a very sweet elderly lady in need of friendly companions.
