CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Sacramento, CA. Care is needed flexible on days prefer the afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: transportation (medical appointments stay with him all local, run errands, go to Target, pharmacy), occasional meal prep (fix simple meal such as sandwiches), medication reminders (make sure that medication has been taken), light housekeeping (just dusting), companionship (helping him with his phone) All applicants will be considered.
