Jackie is a 92 year old Oregon resident who recently moved to Minnesota. She lives with her daughter Kathryn in an assisted living facility. Jackie has stage 5 kidney failure and we're looking for assistance with her daily needs. Additionally we need a candidate that could help with Peritoneal Dialysis (paid training included). Daily living assistance would also be greatly appreciated.
