Hi! I'm Sierra! I'm 23, a single mom of 3 under the age of 5. My mom and stepmom both are RN's, I've had a passion for the healthcare field since I was in middle school. After graduating I moved to South Carolina where I attended my CNA classes then later moved home and decided to look into home healthcare! I believe being someone's caregiver is being their person to lean on, I've had quite a few clients I've loved dearly. I truly believe they grow to you and become your family, I'm a Christian and I live my day to day life believing I'm based to help someone, to be the change the world needs. Not everyone has a great support system nor a huge family, I've also been referred to as a "bonus grandchild" once and that stuck with me. Being able to help someone who really needs the help is an achievement. As my kids grow older I plan to go back to school and further into the medical industry, but between facility or home based I personally prefer home based. I'm a huge home body myself and if I were older needing help, I'd hope to at least manage to have it the sake of my own home!

I became a CNA/caregiver/home health aide because I honestly believe in truly compassionate care for people in need whether is the geriatrics, pediatrics, or the mentally impaired or psych or a combination of all the above. I enjoy knowing that I have helped someone get through another day on this earth with their family and if they don't have any family at least they know someone was there for them when it was needed and proof that there are still nice, caring, and honest people out there.

I am a mother of 3 my oldest having type 1 diabetes. I grew up taking care of people. My grandfather, whom I lived with growing up was diagnosed with terminal cancer when I was 3. He had passed shortly after my 5th bday. There were nurses in and out and the entire family took short classes to provide daily care for him. I have wanted to become a nurse since then.

I am caring, compassionate, and believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. I became a caregiver because I saw how my great grandmother was treated upon being placed in a nursing home when I was only 14yrs old. I didn't like hearing her say that no one cared. I would spend my spare time at the nursing home visiting her and soon became the go to hairstylists for several of the residents. It was something that stuck with into my adult years. When my children started school, I became a CNA, I stumbled upon the greatest job I could ever have when I was hired as an Hospice Nursing Assistant. I believe it takes a certain type of person to do such a hard but very much needed job in this world. I am proud to say that I am just that person.

Hi! My name is Carson and I have been a caregiver for 3 n a half years now. I started being a caregiver a few years ago when my boyfriends grandma fell and broke her hip. She was very incontinent and needed a lot of care , dressing bathing and such so I decided to step in and take care of her full time. After she had bounced back I decided I wanted to take it further and go to an actual facility. I absolutely love being a caregiver and I really enjoy being able to make a difference in each and everyone of their lives. I am a very outgoing, down hearted person that loves to make people smile and I love to help others. I'm very reliable and I love to be a positive drive in peoples lives. I definitely always say treat them how you would treat your mother! I have a lot of experience in all types of different illnesses and disabilities.
