Both of my children have intellectual disabilities and I know first hand the struggles that come with that type of disability. I love to cook (I can't bake a cake to save my life though). I love animals. I have 4 dogs. ,(All of them large breed dogs). I also really enjoy gardening and reading books. I'm kind of a nerd . I'm currently working on getting certified to be a licensed behavior tech which would allow me to work at an ABA facility helping children with special needs and their families.
