Caregiver for over 3-4 years. I have worked in healthcare field for 8 years in and out of hospital facilities as a contracted surgical tech. My main concern is giving care to the families loved ones and help ease the day. I do have expat with hospice, nursing homes, Alzheimer, dementia and many other medical conditions.

I have been involved in healthcare since the age of 15 , starting as a "candy striper" volunteer and worked in many areas of the hospital until of age to work in Emergency Medicine. I have been an active EMT/ Paramedic with both volunteer and career departments and taken part in evaluating home safety checks for residents. As a healthcare professional, I have worked in various hospitals and am very knowledgeable in diseases, aging process and treatments. I have a soft heart for our Veterans with several Veteran family members. I love people and enjoy conversing with elders that have so much to share.

I have been working as a Licensed CNA over 20+ yrs , when taking care of my residence i look at them as my family member, meaning i would give them good quality care show them love and respect with dignity, what attracted me to being a caregiver i have watched my family member with dementia and my aunt needed a break because it can become overwhelming at times. I have 3 years experience working as a caregiver. My expertise is that I am told that I am a great Cook. I prepare seasoned regular diets as well as low salt, low cholesterol diets. What attracted me to bring a caregiver is working with seniors one on one. What I enjoy most about being a Caregiver is how surprised my patients are with the food the I prepare for them.
