And as Well a Home Care Aide/caregiver have completed training and all the dementia and caregiving classes I have certificates for as well all through DSHS qualifications . I have been certified in CPR for over 10 years as well as I have always worked in the medical fleet field for the past 12 years. I'm an easy going type of person. I have Been a Caregiver for 16+ years total,ranging from Facility Shift Lead & In home CNA the past 3 years, to being a private Nanny ,group home staff member and Private Aide/housekeeper. Being a caregiver comes naturally to me and I enjoy it simply because I love helping others wherever I can. I'm proud that I have a range of skills which are useful for caregiving.I'm also proud to be a Certified Nursing Assistant whom is able to help others for a living.

Hello what's drew to caregiving was the fact that my parents did it and I would go along and just listening to their stories and being able to connect with them. I continue doing it throughout my teenage years and for most of my adult life. I was able to take care of my grandma and I have had experience with all aspects that come with the aging and developmental disabilities ADHD and autism. One of my favorite things about it is just being able to listen to the stories about their childhood or when they pull the photo album out and sit there and tell you and you get that one-on-one connection. What makes me a great fit for caregiving as the fact I can connect with people very easily and I'm very positive and I can always see the good side and things and I truly care about people and their well-being. And I have two amazing sons so there isn't anything that life hasn't thrown at me that I haven't been able to overcome or deal with and I am very good at thinking outside the box.
