I'm a patient person and very understanding, I love helping ppl that's one reason I chose this type of work, it's very self rewarding, what I enjoy the most about being a care giver is helping ppl with the most patience and affection,personal achievement I'm most proud of is sharing my time with the patient and making her feel like there's someone that cares about her and is there for her in whatever she needs.

My name is Arlette, My journey working with seniors started when I cared for my grandmother when she needed the help about 10 years ago. After that I noticed I enjoyed caring for the elderly and spending time with them. I love listening to their stories and learning from their experiences. I see them and treat them as my family. I'm a philanthropist in caregiving as I feel the want and need to pay it forward to the elderly, sick, and disabled population. I desire to help seniors because without them; our young generation would have never had the proper guidance in life. My need to give to the sick and disabled population has stemmed from very personal life experiences. What I have observed is most of the sick and disabled population are significantly left out or overlooked in many aspects of life. Compassion, high empathy, respect, patience, understanding, upbeat attitude, and a great friend are helpful personal traits that make me an exceptional caregiver. Making someone's day a lot brighter, assisting a laugh, or helping the old, sick, and disabled produce a smile on a consistent basis is my love and attraction to the caregiving sector.

I took care of my grandmother for many years she passed away at the age of 100 I also Take care of my husband for the past 10 years who was diabetic heart disease and many more underlying conditions are still holding down a job full-time I have a great compassion for people and loved every minute of it
