I'm a very caring person I care for my patients and I understand what the family is going through and I try to be that piece of mind that their Love One will be taken care of while the family is absent. I Love to Help others I enjoy bringing comfort and company to those in need of it. I was asked to train one of the employees that works for We care health care.

Hi my name is Maritza Pedro I believe what makes me a great caregiver is that not only do I have 6 years of experience. I started really young at this when I was 20 years old. So therefore for me taking care of our elderly has been the most rewarding experience because I have learn so much and truly love what I do. I give my best by understanding their needs and disabilities that they might have. Taking care of a human is a big responsibility that I do with a lot of love, compassion , dedication and understanding.

I like helping people without making them feel bad for needing help. I don't judge people and I try to always be respectful. I have noticed in the last few years caregivers are more rude, lazy and take advantage of the people they care for and I am totally disgusted with it. I just want to be someone that the person and or their family can trust and be comfortable with. I enjoy knowing that I can help make things easier for someone. I am working on being the person I used to be before my husband passed away. I completely fell apart. This is the first step to getting the old me back. I want to help people anyway that I can.

My name is Raice Nguimzon, I'm from France, so I ask so speak French. I'm a caregiver for almost 7 years, I go to school at Antelope Valley College. My major its nurse. People always say that I'm a lovely person , that I'm patient, I have good communication shill, teamwork, problem solving, good care, I work with elder, children and young adult. I work with client with cancer, disorder, client with ostomy, with g tube.

My strong communication skills and attention to detail allow me to build trusting relationships with patients while ensuring their comfort and safety. I take pride in being empathetic and understanding, which helps me connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and provide personalized care that meets their unique needs. I was drawn to becoming a caregiver because of my genuine desire to help others and make a positive difference in people's lives. Supporting individuals during vulnerable moments and being someone they can rely on gives me a strong sense of purpose. I believe caregiving is not just a job, but a meaningful opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and respect to others. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the ability to create meaningful connections and see the impact of my care firsthand. I have always been a caregiver it is my calling . I found care giving when I was in the Navy helping my fellow enlisted families Here and there. I really enjoy caring for others and meeting new people so it's not a job but my way of life.
