I love the field of caregiving very much, Taking care of individuals who can no longer care for themselves is something that is very important to me. I treat my clients like family.I started work in small facility (care home) then I move to a big facility as a caregiver at Brookdale chanate. I become med-tech after they gave me an award for best caregiver and employee of the month. Then after Brookdale I move into agency for one on one client I'm so very patient and I love taking care of people especially seniors.

I belong to the Elders' Guild in Berkeley and fell in love with the attendees. I got the idea about being a Caregiver to sweet people such as these. I am a semi retired Certified Yoga Teacher/Holistic Health Coach/Massage Therapist . I also had a small business making and delivering Lunch...I'm a great cook and very organized and neat. Also I love to laugh and have fun as well! I am not a nurse but am very capable and would love to serve with talents gained by raising two sons and keeping a beautiful household with delicious food! Also I have a darling Bichon/Poodle that would bring you much joy.

Regardless of whether I am working as part of a larger team or when I have been a leader of a group, I always put great effort and detail into all of my tasks at hand. I plan ahead well, making sure to minimize potential mishaps, as well as always taking preventative measures to make the work experience safer, effective, and above all, enjoyable for all involved. I have been a care giver for over 30 years now. It started when I was 17 years old working in a neighborhood coffee shop that seniors dined at regularly. I would overhear them speaking of tasks they could not take care of around their house by themselves. That's when I started offering to come over after work to help them. Then sometimes a husband would come in without a wife or a wife without a husband and I would ask where the other one was, they would reply they were sick at home. I would then asked if I could do anything or check in on them and they really appreciated it. Eventually I gave up my job at the coffee shop and became a full time caregiver. I love working with people while it makes a difference in their life.
