1) a friend's mother moved to town and she needed someone to give her showers. That is how I started. I fell in love with this woman that I was working with. My job grew into me living with her for a year, but I only give her showers again. 2) I never had any kids, I think I just enjoy nurturing someone that will accept it. 3) I lost 95 pounds. I gave up a 28 year drug addiction over 17 years ago. I stopped drinking 6 years ago. Probably not what you want to hear, but that is what I am proud of doing. 4) I am a 56 year old woman. I have a bird and a puppy dog. I am in AA and go to meetings almost every day. I go to church, I love my family very much, but my loves of my loves of my life are my pets. I just got through burying my ferret. I love Christian music and now I love the OLD movies. I live alone and I love my life! I want to work part-time 15 to 20 hours a week but no more. I think I am a great caregiver because I really care. I love the lady that I work for and with. I try to make her life a little easier and a little bit better while I am there. I love to spoil her in any way I can. I am kind and patient. I guess that I treat her as I would want someone to treat me if I were in her situation. My personality is a people pleaser. I am nice, sweet, caring, talkative, I love deeply, I tend to dote on the ones I love and have to be reminded sometimes to step back sometimes. That is me!
From 1991-2014 I was CNA, non graduated from nursing school at San Bernardino valley college. I used to works in convalescent, hospitals, boarding care, private places. The put me in many different units but still under Registered nurse or nurse supervision

I am 26 years old. I got my Medical Degree in El Salvador and I have 4 years experience working with all type of patients. I am currently studying to get my Medical License here in the US, but i need to work a couple hours to support my school . I am a loving caring mother of 2 who enjoys taking vare of people. I have been in the caregivers industry for over 7 yrs. with my parents and grandmother being my first clients. The thought of someone else taking care of my parent's is what pushed me to become a care giver. I like being the provider because it gives you the opportunity to make , in some was, a person's last days comfortable. My last client had cancer and I was her provider until she passed. Her family and my client were extremely nive and I am glad that I comforted her in her transition.
