I believe I have good instincts to provide safety, comfort, understanding and I have been professionally trained as a CNA/CHHA. I'm flexible when there are schedule changes. I will treat you with respect and dignity. Mindful of privacy. Conscientious of time management to complete duties. Considerate to know the way you prefer, to have things taken care of, in your daily care needs.
One day, I woke up and had a calling, then I began caring for Developmentally Disabled people. Later on, I met someone who suggested, to obtain a CNA certification, so I can help more people. I experience much gratitude, in helping people in all kinds of circumstances.
I find it interesting with the many opportunities, to enjoy meeting and caring for people, from all walks of life. I can utilize my abilities, skills, observations and responses to assure good quality care for families.
My personal achievement that I'm proud of is becoming a certified Massage Therapist and opening my own business.
I have been a caregiver/CNA for 10years. I have worked in a long term facility, also I have experience in home health. I have experience in taking care of patience with dementia, Alzheimer' s, stroke issues, bed confined patients, etc... I enjoy care-giving because I like making a difference in someone' s life.. I enjoy the opportunity to impact clients lives and make a difference to them. I appreciate the chance to get to know clients and their families and become an integral part of their lives. I always give 100% and do the best job I can, with no exceptions or excuses. I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. If I can add a smile or laugh to a client' s day, that means a lot to me. It is important to smile
