I love what I do with a passion. I love most about my job is being able to help in such a time of need I love hearing the stories they have to tell me, and just being able to be a companion an assist them with daily task and activities, that may just be a Little harder at this moment. I am a very compassionate and attentive person. I have been doing this type of work for eight years now and my mother got me into it. I truly enjoy it. I am a very reliable and patient person I feel those are really my best traits for this career.

I enjoy helping people

I am 63 years old! I enjoy caregiving particularly listening to life experiences and memories of my clients. I have a cleaning company so I am excellent at keeping house and had a restaurant in my past so I am a pretty good cook. I have been caregiving for many years and enjoy working with elderly. I was a client care coordinator and worked in activities in a memory care unit so I am able to advocate services and keep my clients busy.

I started in Healthcare and people work in 2009 ! I'm cpi,cpr,dementia,qmap certified. Have all my vaccines .I have a life time of experience in people empathy love compassion the natural ability to calm and soothe people whenever needed [?] being someone's person in life and in memory is what drives me and gets me also the people care I need [?] I absolutely adore helping and seeing healthy impacts and improvements that I have helped make possible!

I love caring for my client's in their own homes because it helps keeping them comfortable and secure! I'm a quiet type person until I get to know people.

I enjoy caregiving a lot mostly because you get to bond with the patients and get to know their stories. I've always enjoyed helping others.

I've always been told that one of my best traits is my everyday positivity and ability to be patient. Im also bilingual which is a huge plus! What attracted me to be a caregiver is my heart i love to help and it made me feel good about myself because any medical field needs compassionate people who care like me.

I basically have been a caregiver my entire adult life, but in many different aspects. I have an AAS degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant & worked in many different areas as a PT assistant. I have spent a number of years, doing inpatient PT, outpatient PT, long term care & home health PT. I worked as a PT assistant for 17 years. I then went back to school & became a Licensed Massage Therapist & have worked in many different settings as a massage therapist. I do have about a years experience as a personal care provider, I performed duties such as medication reminders, bathing, light meal prep , housekeeping, laundry & assisting him with filling out paperwork to get further help then he was receiving. Also, transportation to Dr. Appointments. I really enjoy getting to know the client & what the clients likes & dislikes are, so I can take care of the client to the best of my ability.
