I started as a care professional in 1976. I owned and operated my care giving business for children until Dec 2007. I opened Delaney Care Giving in Jan 2008 operated that until. June 24 2016 when I restructured my business as a nonprofit organization. I am a true at heart Care Professional.

I love being a caregiver because helping people is one of my passions. I genuinely enjoy helping others with whatever their daily needs are. I have worked in assisted living, a group home for brain injury, and I have been an in home caregiver for many different types of people including quadriplegics, and have also worked in mental health. I can assist with ADL's and IADL's. I'm outgoing, caring, compassionate, and look forward to working with you!

I'm a very compassionate person, and I've enriched the lives of many, while in the comfort of their own surroundings. I've worked in the medical field as a respiratory technician for 15 years, and I've been a certified caregiver for 20 years and found that in home health care is where my passion lies. The majority of my clients are elderly, and to remove them from their surroundings can often cause them too much trauma. Being in their homes with them, and assisting them in day-to-day activities, is always more comfortable and provides a much happier environment. I know at the end of each day I have shown them compassion and made their lives more comfortable and peaceful. I am certified in CPR and FIRST AID, and I am a CERTIFIED CAREGIVER. I also have an extensive medical background as a RESPIRATORY TECHNICIAN ,and other aspects in the medical profession.

I am a great care giviver because I genuinely love helping other people and enjoying putting a smile on their face. I provide care as if they were my own mother or father. I enjoy be able to make someone laugh and smile. I enjoy making a person believe in themself and encouraging them to do what they can for themselves so they don't lose their abilities. I enjoy showing families that there is still good old fashion people in the world with hard work ethic and caring pure hearts . When I moved to Arizona I started in the kitchen at a nursing home as a dishwasher, I worked my way up to food service directors assistant and then to the nursing side as a CNA. From there I expanded my knowledge by accepting job offers in wound tech, RNA (restorative nursing assistant) and staffing coordinator .
