I have been a CNA since 1995 and worked in nursing homes for 6 years. I worked for Banner Hospital for 13 years in the med-surg /oncology unit. I have been working for kindly care for 2 years and previously worked for synergy for 1 year. I enjoy working one on one with clients in their home. Hi my name is Patti and I love taking care of people ever since I was a little girl. I used to take care of my younger siblings and pretend that they were mine. I love babysitting as I got older and then had children and grandchildren of my own to care for. Happiest time of my life. Then I became a Nanny and did that for twenty years. But as I got older I wanted to change my direction and was proud to become a licensed CNA, I decided that I would like to take care of the elderly. This is very fulfilling to me. I have been a CNA for 35 years. I have seen thousands of patients from all backgrounds. My biggest achievement is caring for a Quadrapeligic for 10 years, a young man with a spinal cord injury , It was an honor to see him adapt to his injury and overcome obsticals.
