Hello, My name is Jessica and I've been an LPN for 4 almost 5years. What made me become a nurse, is when my grandmother had a stroke which caused her to walk and talk all over again. I gained interest in learning how to make the recovery possible and would help her with bathing and other needs that I could assist with. From that point, my mind was set into becoming a nursing once I grew up and finished school. I made that possible in 2013, after graduating I've been working with geriatrics since I've become a nurse. I love working with the elderly, and helping those in need of regaining their physical abilities. My most honorable achievement is becoming a successful nurse and a mother of 3 handsome boys, which is my world. I am in process of going back to school to gain my Associates in RN.

I have been in nursing for over 40 years, a lpn for 23 years. My most personal achievement is that I have recently retired after 40 years of service. I like being a caregiver for the interaction of people. I spent the last 13 years as a provider of care and an educator. I loved it. I have always been interested in caregiving and nursing as a little girl. My mom and great aunts are nurses and I just sort of followed tradition.
I am a patient and compassionate LPN and caregiver. Originally, I was a caregiver for infants and toddlers from 6 weeks to 3 years of age for several years. I have an associate degree in early childhood education specializing in infant and toddler care. I became a LPN to sharpen my skills and knowledge and to better serve the elderly population. I enjoy being of service and helping others.
I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping those in need. I've spent over 20 years of my life caring for adults with disabilities. Not only is this a rewarding field, it very comforting to know that I have made an impact on someone else's life. I feel that my personal achievement is growth into a loving, caring, and passionate person for what I strongly believe in.
Willing to relocate to most states. What makes me a great caregiver? I would have to attest to my ability to provide and show genuine love of caring for others. I started volunteering in high school, and continued on into the healthcare field and becoming an LPN. I have been employed as a live-in home care nurse, worked in nursing facilities, and an assisted living facility.

One of my most valuable accomplishments was becoming a nurse, it is more than my career it is my purpose in life, to help others in need.

I believe in kindness as a great healer ,I believe no one should go hungry, no one should ever have to be scared or alone, and everyone has the right to dignity in their older years, or in a chronic, debilitating crisis. I love being able to make a sick person feel better, an older person feel special,I 've been proud of everything I've experienced and accomplished during my 26 yrs in the medical field, I know that I have made a pleasant memory in everyone I have come to help or paths I've crossed because I made them important, I've been their advocate, the smile on their faces and the tears of joy is what makes all of the hard work, long hours, and sacrifices worth it all !!
