Hi all my name is Jamie and I am 23 yes old. I've been working in the medical field ever since I was 18. I started out working in an Assisted Living here in my hometown. After working there for 2 yrs I ventured off trying a travel type of job as a Travel Medical Assistant, great job but I guess you can say I became homesick so I came home and started working locally at my current job as a Phlebotomist at Quest Diagnostics but no that's not all since I love and had a passion for the elderly I decided to pick up 2 PT jobs at private sitting agencies. So yes I love love LOVE the elderly and just love all that they have to offer. So I look forward to meeting with each of you all hoping I will be that one to provide for your loved one!

I always give 100% and do the best job I can with no exceptions or excuses I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. If I can addva smile or laugh to client's day, that means a lot to me. I enjoy the opportunity to impact client's lives and make a difference to them . Also when my grandmother couldn't take care of herself I volunteer to take care of her so when she pass away than I decided to go to Sanford Brown College for medical assistance because I miss her so much. I love providing home care giving service to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel happy I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing. My personal achievement isbwhen I took care of my grandmother I know that she for care fore the right way. When she pass hurt to hart but something told mebto in roll in school for medical assistant so I can help people in need . But I do not have a car hope this is ok . I have been a care giver pretty much since i had kids. My first born was breech with 2 dislocated hips, she was in a harness the first year of her life. She had her first hip surgery at 5 and her second at 16, my middle daughter is a 15 year ALL leukemia cancer survivor, and my youngest daughter had chairi. My mom was DX in 2016 with waldenstroms macroglobulinemia and I was her care giver for 2 years. I work in Internal medicine now and 90% of my patients are elderly and I just adore them. I listen to their stories and I have so much compassion for these fragile human beings. Caring for others the way I hope to be cared for one day is a passion of mine. I do work a full time job Monday- Friday so ideally evenings or weekends would work best for me, but I am looking to find a new job so I'm willing to go full time with a family.
