Miss Roberts as I come. As some things I share with you as an independent growing individual i'm also working on becoming better person each day. Im loving and caring and always taking others feeling into consideration. Firstly i'm great at any task I set to accomplish. Each job you gain it's starts within yourself you can make a job but you can't be a job. Making a job comes with dependable and reliable characteristics within self, personality, multitasking, and seeking time and patience. I always put my best foot forward. I always go with my gut feeling and I tend to never think less of any or everything. When you think the best out of any situation you receive an even better outcome. I'm always positive. I have successfully completed a training program and state examination at Morning Star Academy-School of Allied Health in Rockville, MD in 2012. Outside of homecare, my hobbies include taking care of my 3 yo son, practicing special effects makeup, painting and drawing. Previously, I worked in long-term care facilities located in Virginia. I have been working in homecare consistently since 2015. My experience in homecare has been rewarding and less stressful. I love working closely with families and clients to make sure their care and companionship needs are met. I am able to adapt quickly to different working environments. I firmly believe in providing compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for an individual. As a former employee of Snakemans Tattoo Studio I learned the importance of sterilization, blood borne pathogen safety, and customer service. I also learned the value of communication, critical thinking skills, time management, and teamwork while working as a CNA at Golden Living Center and Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury (SVWC). I am determined to continue to advance in learning and skills. I have demonstrated reliability and hard work in the past and continue to do so. I look forward to hearing from you.

I'm a good caregiver , I have my caring heart for everyone,I am a loving person. I am a christian. being a caregiver it is not get pay for what am doing . It is about the way I do something for someone who can do it herself, I feel good about it. because I am helping someone who needs help. I believe that I am a great caregiver for many reasons such as my knowledge, my experience, and my personality. I have the knowledge and skills that I have gained from a Home Health Aide course at Delaware Technical Community College (Del Tech) in which I received a certificate. The course equipped me well to perform the Home Health Aide caregiver tasks and as part of the course I became BLS certified. I also have some experience as a caregiver for eight months. During that time I was responsible for daily morning routine care, companionship care when my care person did not go to Modern Maturity Center, light housekeeping, and occasionally taking my care person to doctor appointments. I only left to become a stay at home dad which I did for nine years. In addition I have the temperament to be a caregiver. I am friendly, patient, honest, detail oriented, hardworking, quick to learn, and always ready to listen or have a conversation. I became a caregiver because I knew I can make a difference in a person's life by assisting them with activities of daily living when their family cannot. I knew I had the personality that was necessary to be a caregiver and everything else could be learned, either on the job or by taking a course. What I like about being a caregiver is the satisfaction that I feel after helping a person who needs assistance in their activities of daily living. Helping them to do basic activities that I take for granted everyday and knowing that this made a difference in a person's life. There are a couple of personal achievements that I am proud of. One is that I was able to pass the Home Health Aide course with a 97. Another one was when I was able to inspire my care person to ambulate more. When I left he was ambulating further than he had in many years.

I originally became a caregiver for my dad and I enjoyed being able to care for him...So i farthered it and worked for different companies and obtained my CPR and First Aid and I also got my CMT certification. I love being able to help someone with a task and I also make the client feel involve with whatever it is that they need assistance with..So over the last six years I being to love being a helping hand to the elderly more and more.

My current CNA/GNA certification, effective patient care skills and a natural compassion makes me an excellent choice for this position. I am a strong candidate for this job because I am highly skilled in assisting residents to perform activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and feeding. I have a demonstrated ability to take vitals, assist with ambulation effectively and help the patient maintain their dignity. I am a very hard-working individual with a desire to help people.
