My name is Tiera , and I have Been a cna for 6 years I love The nursing field and being able to help ones whom needs little or full assistance. Nursing has always been my soft spot I'm friendly happy , and dedicated to what I do. I was a CNA doing elder care in Connecticut. I moved to New Jersey to be near my parents and after a few months my Mom moved in and I became her companion and caregiver. I have been doing childcare for the past 5 years. I am a spirited multi-tasker who is compassionate and loving. I can do laundry, housekeeping and cook. I can make a difference in your loved ones life.
I provide residents and clients with professional care and respect. I became a care giver after caring for my handicapped brother who resides in a group home. I enjoy being a care giver because people need help. I am proud to be a care giver and to perform my job to the best of my knowledge.
Well hello everyone! My name is Readina but all my residents call me Ree, it's easier for them. I always wanted to be in the medical field. First a surgeon, than an RN. So I started at the bottom and became an CNA. I been an CNA since 2013 and I absolutely love it. While working as an CNA I achieved becoming an CMA ( certified medication aide ) I can pass medications through the state of NJ. I did take the state test so I'm legit. Lol. I'm going to further my career and do my LPN course within the next year. Looking for a school as we speak. I really connect with all my residents it's not just a job for me, I care for them like they are my own grandparents or parents. I feel very honored to work with the elderly, you learn from them and I'm always learning something new. They really make my day, I wake up wanting to come to work. I'm very reliable and dependable and I rarely miss work, it has to be something tragic for me to miss work. Again, I think I would be the perfect caregiver for any family. Just give me a try and have a conversation with me, you'll love me like your own.
I love CNA work I set out to become the best CNA because my grandparents got sick were they couldn't do for themselves like they use to,and needed extra help doing normal tasks. I seen they looks on there faces with so much joy from my help for that point on I set out to help make everyone elderly person happy that need that little extra help.
