I did not plan on becoming a caregiver, it was an opportunity presented to me and I decided to take it even though it scared me. I love people, therefore, the idea of helping someone comes naturally. I was surprised by the fact that I came to enjoy caregiving. I enjoy the deep relationships I form with the people I help, and I find a great deal of satisfaction in knowing that I can make a difference in someones day by showing them kindness and learning what special something adds quality to their life. I am proud of the confidence I have developed in my ability to help other people. As I mentioned before, I love people and even when I'm not working, I spend my time trying to help others by volunteering my time teaching people the benefits of learning about the Bible. I am a religious person, and my faith has helped me to be a well grounded, trustworthy person with a life full of purpose. Because of the aforementioned volunteer work that I do I am only looking for part time work.

HELLO!
My career as a caregiver started with a chronically ill father. Throughout my childhood and in my early teens my dad was very ill with diabetes Type 1. When I was 5 years old my dad lost his eyesight. As a preteen I participated in his care helping with blood sugar readings and Insulin injections. When I was able to drive I help out by taking him to doctor's appointments. I went away to college and lived in Florida for a few years and as my dad became progressively worse I moved home. I became increasingly involved in his care as my mother was worn out and had a very full-time job. At that point I decided to change career paths and go to nursing school. My love of taking care of people is a direct result of the experience I had administering Loving Care to my father . I considered to be a dedicated and resourceful Private Duty Nurse. With an exceptional record of in-home health care provision I am able to function well independently in home medical emergency situations and to coordinate regular care regimens with physicians and other hospital staff. Superb communicator with a variety of patient types and skilled in providing a pleasant and sympathetic home health care experience.

Hi I've bin providing health care for the elderly for many years now. I enjoy spending time attending to there needs because i learn hands on and listen to stories about the way things were done when they were once young and full of bounce. In settings ware there no cell phones and no air conditioners in cars. Ware you had to walk for miles to get from point A to point B. Ware no one would give it a second thought about borrowing a cup of sugar from your next door neighbor.A place in time ware the milk man brought your milk to your front door. This gives me a sense of accomplishment to know this person might of fought for my country, for my freedom. This person is someone's son, someone's husband.Someone's best friend and now it's the time to give the respect and care for there needs no matter what the case. That most of our elderly yesterday paved the way for all of us to today.
