1)I became a caregiver because I love to help others and make a different in someone else's life .2)What I like about being a caregiver is,to be able to help someone and it make me happy . Because I am a loving & caring & respectful ,trustworthy person .When I'm helping someone I feel very happy , especially for those that can't help themselves. 3) A personal achievement that I am proud of ,is all my four children are done with college and one of them is married and started with new job and my last one/son is graduated done with college & already starting working. To me that's a big accomplishment and very proud of all of them. I'm going to be a grandma next year That's make me really happy &they are really close to God that 's making me even more happier. Only God can do such things ...To me it's a dream come true & Glory to GOD. 4)About myself , I've been married for 31 years and I have four children and I am God fearing .And I've been Cna for more than 17 years and I love what I do . The reason that I love it is because I was in car accident 20 years ago I could not do nothing for myself and my family took care of me and I said to myself I have to help others who needed help & won't be able to take care of themselves. And because I have compassion for what I tell anyone that who want me to work with a loved one if they don't have enough money to pay I'm willing to negotiate. Because our Father in heaven wants us to care for one another.

I genuinely care about my clients. In addition to doing my job in a professional manner, I treat all of my clients with kindness, respect, and dignity. As a teen, I helped my mother care for my grandmother and always enjoyed spending time with her. My own mother is a dementia patient with diabetes and I am involved in her care as well. I truly enjoy working with seniors assisting them with independence and a better quality of life.

Hello my name is Emily Taylor I've been a caregiver for the last 12yrs. Over the years I've gained a lot of experience and established a lifetime of memories while working hand in hand with my clients and their families. I love being a caregiver. Knowing I have the ability to make such a dramatic difference in so many lives just by giving a helpful hand to others in need a very uplifting for me. Many of my greatest accomplishments is when my job is done and it os time for me to move on to help another family is me walking away knowing that I completed one of the most greatest deeds that can be done on earth. To hear clients and families of clients that I have given a helping hand to speak about how grateful and thankful they are for my help. To hear them say that they love and appreciate all that I have done for them and their loved ones. To get a call from a stranger saying hi "previous client" family member gave me your number they highly recommended you to help me with my my loved ones. To have a previous client call me again to help with another family member in need because they love and appreciate the services I provide. This is when I know I am full filling my purpose in life. This is what I enjoy doing this is what I live for. I plan to continue my career in the healthcare industry until I cannot go anymore. Thank You for taking the time to read more about me. I look forward to seeing you soon. :)

I am by nature kind and caring. When my father became ill with colon cancer I was his caregiver. I would pick up and administer his meds. Knowing I could bring comfort to him mentally and help in his physical needs made me feel better as a person. He had come to a point where he was wheel chair bound. I drove him to all Doctor appointments. I also manicured him by that I mean shave his face, cut his hair, and fingernails. Prepared lunch and served him, I did anything to make him feel good about himself. I stayed with him for many hours daily till my mom came home. I also took care of my mother-in-law and she lived with me and my husband for 2 years. She was 91 and had severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. Her care was different than my fathers. Nonetheless, her remaining years with us were eased, The care for her was serving her meals, help with bathing, walking with her, getting her into bed and out of bed. General all around every day living and care taking. Then there was my mom. I took care of her when she no longer could walk. She had had a triple by pass and severe emphysema. A few years later, she had a serious fall which led to a slow demise . I took care of her for 3 years. I enjoy knowing that I can help one in need.

I am a great caregiver because I have taken care of mother for as long as I can remember. She has a severe case of Multiple Scerlosis and it continues to progress. I love people and building relationships. As I studied Communications at Wake Forest University, I realized my passion is helping people. My grandmother also recently passed away from Alzheimer's disease so my patience and dedication to her furthered my desire to be a care taker. I can work in Charlotte or Winston Salem.

I am a young, vibrant, and reliable professional who is looking for part-time and occasional work as a caregiver. I work full-time in college admissions, but consider myself a disability advocate. I enjoy helping other young adults and teens with disabilities maintain their independence by serving only when necessary. In many cases, the individuals I serve turn into lifelong friends and associates. Most of my experience includes working with adults who have cerebral palsy or paralysis, use AAC devices and other forms of alternative communication, and other cognitive disabilities. I personally feel very rewarded when I help another person gain the independence they desire without taking control.
