Hello! My name is Brittany, I have been in the nursing field for almost 10 years now providing care for a variety of patients with individualized care plans. Peers describe me as hard working, dedicated, compassionate, empathetic, kind, easy companion with a big heart. I started off in this industry taking care of my grandfather who became very ill, I volunteered in the hospital and rehab center he resided in for 4 years, I provided care for him until he passed away. He told me I needed to make nursing my career as it's what I am best at and have the heart for. With that being said this is what I love most about what I do, I love to provide companionship along with the best care provided to each resident creating a safe and healthy environment. Building relationships and treating others like they're your own family is very important in the role of a caregiver, this is how I choose to give back to the community and making them as comfortable as possible in times of need. I am very good with people and taking care of people I have prior experience from taking care of my grandma who had cancer who is a survivor and also has diabetes I am a good companion for conversation and playing games and stuff like that I can cook and clean and take care of any other necessities needed I am energetic and I do have a reliable means for transportation I would consider myself a good fit for carelinx I have a little bit of experience in a little bit of everything so I look forward to having the opportunity to take care of clients and be there for them as well
