The reason I became a caregiver is help and care for the elderly . I love the interaction with the patients. When I was working at the Jewish Guild for the blind in New York. I aided in the care of HIV/AIDS patients. At that time It was to find members of the healthcare. Willing to provide services to that community. I love sports..

I've been a caregiver / companion for about 9years. I really love taking care of the elderly and the sick. I believe it's not just a job, but it's a ministry. I believe they should be taken care of and respected as if it was me or my mom or dad or love one. A caregiver should be compassionate, caring, and trustworthy. I believe that I carry these qualities.

Worked as an in-home caregiver for a gentleman who was quadriplegic for over 4 years. I have experience in working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients, as well as, experience in physical rehabilitation. Nursing is not just a job to me, it is literally a proud part of who I am. Became a new mommy on October 26, 2017, so I'm only looking for limited hours, however, I will be invested in the care of your loved one if hired. Thank you for your consideration.
I am a Certified Patient Care Technician, CNA-HHA with CPR through American Heart Association. I have spent the past 12 years helping people with anything they may need. I have a very soft spot in my heart for people in need... anything from helping them with cooking, shopping, driving to doctor's appointment, personal care, medicines reminder, as well as just someone to spend time with. I have been known to be the sunshine to someone's day. I enjoy helping others and putting a smile on someone's face is the best reward anyone could ask for! Thank you.
Dear families; My name is Natasia. I have 2 wonderful children and currently have been a CNA for 7 years. I am dedicated, kind, and very detailed oriented in the jobs that I do. I became a CNA because my mom was a CNA, but mostly because my mom is not getting younger and she's going to need someone to take care of her later in life. In the years that I've been a caregiver, I've met so many different people from all around the world. So that's what I like about my job. I am a socialite and sometimes that's all is needed from me as a caregiver; companionship. At the end of the day, I go on knowing that I've done all that I can to satisfy my clients at least for that day. Seeing the smile on a person's face after knowing what they're going through and being the one to put it there makes a difference for me.
The strengths that I bring to the table are perseverance, experience, time management, and aspiration. As you can see from my resume, I bring with me a vast amount of experiences that show the other three strengths that I have listed. My experience has taught me efficient time management skills along with the perseverance of pushing through life's daily obstacles to reach the peak of my potential. As far as my aspirations, I have climbed from the bottom of to totem pole to gain my Bachelor's degree, then went on to complete a 2 year Master's program (UF's Master of Public Health) in 1 year's time. The combination of these 4 strengths will allow me to be successful and strive for greatness with all of my work to meet my ultimate goal of becoming a practicing Nurse Practitioner.
