What attracted me to become a caregiver is that I was looking after my grandma and I was the only one around and helping, while other family was out living life when there own mom needed them the most. So after she passed i looked into being a caregiver and have been doing my job every since. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that they tell a lot of amazing story's, and you can pick up a lot of wisdom from them as well. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I recently received my High School Diploma and is soon about to study for LPN

I'm a patient person, I know to take care of elderly you need that. Even when I take care of an abusive person, I always try to understand the patient. I chose to become a caregiver after I took of my grandpa, I enjoy doing it even the patients are not my family.
