Hello I am a longtime caregiver, health aid, dsp, pca, and stna! recently moved back home with my parents to help care for them as well with daily life living!! I love my job and I have been interested in the medical field since a young girl even taking the health program my 4 yrs of high school at a career technical school!! I'm very passionate about my career; I am proud of my other achievements as well like being a cosmologist and also a front and back of the house cook before dappling in the culinary field. I have work beside a couple a chefs and learn a lot along the way! I love to cook it's my most favorite hobby I enjoy! Also I love music mostly all genres and to read! I like to do puzzles and watch a good movie/show when I can!! In all I'm very nice funny smart well educated and trained caregiver who takes pride in my work; I do what I do because I care and respect my clients and families I truly want to help provide my best to benefit everyone!!

What makes me a great caregiver is not just the skills and experience that I possess buts it's the care and compassion that I have for my residents, I enjoy helping others and I feel accomplished bringing about a smile on others faces.

Hello there! My name is Michelle and I have been caring for someone since I was in the 10th grade. (Years ago) I moved in with my grandmother, she had been a widow for about 3 years. She was suffering from depression, breathing issues and I know many more health issues that later claimed her life. Her living conditions weren't the best and she totally refused to go to the doctor. I arranged for her to move into an apartment which she enjoyed for about 2 years. I never thought that I would be working in this field. I originally went to school for administration careers. But to see their faces light up when you please them is why I continue to work in this field. Plus I have the satisfaction of knowing that care was administered properly. I have worked with the elderly, as well as, individuals with special needs. Very willing and ready to meet your families needs.

a little bit about me, I've been a caregiver since I was about 17, I am now 25. I've done residential care, home care & private care. I've cared for individuals with a wide range of disabilities & illnesses. I'm not easily intimidated by the kind of care an individual will need, we all deserve to have the help we want or need when necessary without it feeling as though it's burdening someone. I always think of the individuals I care for as my family when caring for them. I treat those who need care just like I would want someone to treat my own family & I feel like that's very important.
