My name is Alexandria but I got by Ally, I graduated from Jefferson Community Technical College in May of '19 with my associates degree in Human Service, since then I have worked in a memory care facility catering to those whom suffer from Alzheimer's and Dementia. I have experience in housekeeping, which I am open to doing. I recently graduated from RightChoice Healthcare Institute with a Certificated Nursing Assistant. I have to 2 kids and wonderful supportive boyfriend. Taking care of the elderly is something that I've just grown up around, when I was a kid I would go to the senior citizen's with my great grandmother a church. I find that it's easier to care for the elderly when you realize all they offer, from knowledge and wisdom to just good ole stories from "back in their day"

I've always loved helping elderly people. Part of what makes me a great caregiver is that people I care for tell me I understand them even when no one else seems to. I ask lots of questions to determine what they want and need. Therefore, they have the maximum autonomy, independence and happiness possible, which is definitely what I would want for myself.
