I have known since I was a child that becoming a caregiver was important to me, as I got older I knew it was a part of me! To be able to help just one person maintain quality of living or exceed they're expectations of they're quality of life is both what Ive strived for and put my heart into from the beginning of my career . My mother and father both were CNA's and worked in nursing facilities until they retired, 3 of my aunts and 2 of my uncles also were caregivers, Caregiving has always been my passion. I have been in the healthcare system for 20+ years working as a CNA & Personal home health Aid. I started as a CNA working in nursing/facility)when I was 16 years old. Then I started working in their homes one on one, I'm very passionate about being a caregiver it is an important part of who I am as an individual! I feel every person has their own individual needs, I have enjoyed working with each and in their own homes to meet their own personal needs. I've enjoyed this so well that I've not went back to working in a facility based environment since, being a caregiver is a part of me and who I am.

Hello, my name is Toni Senecal. I am a mother of 5, 2 boys and 3 girls. I am from Cincinnati Ohio currently living in Dunlap Tennessee. I graduated from Oak Hills high school in 2013. I studied at the Academy Of Allied Health for the medical assistant program in 2022 I am married to the love of my life this year makes 10 years My hobbies are going to the beach, getting out on the boat, playing football and softball with my babies and husband. We spend most of our nights under the football lights or softball lights. I love working with elderly people I've always had a passion Healthcare field, my plans, are when my youngest turns 10 to go back into nursing school.

I am very compassionate and loving. I enjoy making people feel better. I enjoy serving others. I have worked in nursing home settings. I know CPR. Proper lifting techniques. And how to take care of people suffering with mental illness or who are unable to get out of bed. I am currently studying holistic medicine and massage therapy. My hobbies are art and education. I love to learn things. Especially anthropological and liguistics. I am not currently fluent in German yet but it is a language i appreciate. It is part of my ancestry. In this line of work i think it helps to understand life from the person in needs point of view. I work to make people as comfortable and encouraged as possible.

I am a very passionate person, who enjoys caring for others. I was drawn to the medical field because of the time I spent in hospitals growing up. I admired all the people that helped me in every way possible throughout my stays. I decided I wanted to become a doctor my junior year of high school. I want to be able to give back to people the same way my doctors gave back to me.

There is a big demand for this career to have the right people and care. I love that I can help someone and have helped them in life. I got employee of the month at a skilled facility I worked at. I am also proud to be a child of God !

I worked for the nursing home in Dunlap Tn. for about 6 years. I loved my job but I couldn't deal with watching the way some of the aides treated them. I've worked for two different agencies but one has closed. I love what I do, caring for people and helping them to have a chance to remain at home. I'm very happy when I'm able to help someone. This is the I choose to be in for the simple reason that I love my time learning about other people. I want to be the person that could help make their lives easier. I have a huge heart and I love helping those in need. I WANT TO TAKE CARE OF THE ONES THAT WANT TO MAINTAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE BUT JUST NEED SOME ASSISTANCE WHILE DOING THAT. I became a caregiver when a relative became disabled, and continued to be a caregiver because I enjoyed the experience of learning from the individuals I cared for, and I enjoyed seeing that they get the care they need and deserve. I enjoy doing errands and cooking for the ones I care for. It also gave me insite to awareness of what to expect in situations and how to handle them. Personalizing care for the individual has taught me a lot. I am proud that I have learned patience and understanding that I didn't know was in me. I am a caring person, and I believe everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, no matter what their circumstances is when It comes to the people I care for. I usually go above and beyond at times to make them happy.
