What makes me a great caregiver is that I understand what a family us going through being that I helped care for my grandparents. I have been certified since 1997 but my experience from caring for my family members has been since my teenage years. And knowing that others depend on me to care for their love ones is what I love to do. Getting to know and understand ones family is getting to know the individual who is needing care. Treating others as you would want others to treat your family members is the key..
