I strive to learn my patients best. Like what makes them upset. When there mad I like to talk about things they love like a family member or pet. Being able to be there for someone when there family aren't available makes me happy, because I'm someone who genuinely cares. My proudest moments of being a caregiver is hearing want my patients tell my boss about how such a wonderful caregiver I am.

I have been a CNA for 6 years with experience in all different areas. I am compassionate, loveavle, and caring. I always treat my patients/clients as top priority. I became a caregiver because I've always wanted to help others. Especially when my grandma got diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease it made me want to work with patients with that disease even more. I enjoy seeing my patients/clients feel like they have accomplished a goal or a step towards their goals. I have been a caregiver since I was 17 years old! My love for helping the elderly started when as a child my grandmother had dementia. I have cared for amazing people in my 33 years as a caregiver! I've gotten the best advice and life lessons from my clients! Each one holds a special place in my heart! I was born and raised in Greenville Ga and lived my married life in Madison Ga. I moved to Nashville after my husband passed away in 2018. My soul purpose on this earth is to be a caregiver! I have always known that! I have had the honor of caring for several amazing clients in Nashville, one of which is very well a known Grammy winning singer and his wife! I am very dependable. I am never late to work or any place I am expected to be. I am 20-years-old. I am from Nashville, TN, currently living in Athens, GA. I have an Associates Degree in "Health Sciences." I am furthering my career in Social Work. I want to be a School/ Family Social Worker. I enjoy being around children of all ages. My mom is a current Social Worker and she owns a Daycare in Nashville TN, where I was a former employee. In high school, I was a peer-tutor for special needs students. I helped the students with their work, helped prepare them for speeches. I also helped them reach their highest potential whether that's emotionally, mentally, or even physically. I am a wonderful cook. I love cooking home-made meals. If instructions are included and a family has a recipe, I don't mind giving it a shot! I am fun and energetic. Crossword puzzles? I love being able to help others. I really enjoy being a caretaker and it's more then just a job to me it a passion. I make sure to take care of others how I would want to be treated. It brings joy to me to be able to help others in their time of need and know that when I leave I did everything in my power to make my client feel comfortable and happy.

What makes me a good caregiver is I'm compassionate and honest and trustworthy the reason I became a caregiver is because I love caring and helping those in need and I like being a caregiver because I get to meet new people in this field and get to help them I am proud of my self because I achieved a goal that I always dreamed of which is being in the health field and my specialty in this field is geriatrics and also love caring for dementia and Alzheimer's patients

I have always loved working with people and people have always taken to me nicely. I am currently in nursing school for my BSN because I want to be able to help people more.
