Hello, My name is Cheyanna Fields! I am a 25 years old single mom to the most handsome 2 year old! I am hard working ,independent , self driven, detail oriented, self motivated, organized, clean, and cheerful person! I have been a caregiver for a little over 5 years, I love helping others with day to day life skills and needs I always knew I wanted to help people and once I finally started to I knew I never wanted it to end! Helping others makes me feel so much joy just knowing that the person is being properly cared for. I love getting to know each an every person I get the pleasure of working with. My experience varys from client to client. Most of my clients that I have worked with have some degree of Alzheimer's. I would say that I'm very experienced in that department. My availability as far as scheduling varys. I enjoy working more hours then fewer hours. I like to work over night care the most. I am willing to work any hours of any day or night to help with my clients needs. Also holidays are not a problem either. I have wonderful references and license for my nursing skills. Clean background check and perfect driving record.

I am very passionate about taking care of people and have been since I was a little girl, which I why I became a STNA in February of 2004. The thing I love the most about being a caregiver is that I know that my resident is well taken care of with me. A personal achievement for me is when I became a mother.

I have been a caregiver my entire life, I started out as a CNA at age 17 I did that as well as home health care for several years then I went to college and acquired my associates degree in Medical Assisting. Then I worked at an opthalmology practice for 3 years then a Cardiology center for 2 and most recently I've been employed as a direct care staff taking care of clients in their home. I'm honest, dependable, caring, empathetic and I just love taking care of people.

I am an outgoing, friendly, and caring person. I have lost family members and I decided I wanted to take care of other people. I got into caregiving in 2017 and fell in love. I am very thorough and organized. I love my job. I have went on vacation with a client and their family to provide care in April of 2021.

I have been a CNA for 10 years, and have worked in all different situations in many different facilities. I aspire to go further with my nursing degree, and eventually, hopefully become an RN like my mom. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a sense of purpose, I enjoy helping people. Many life lessons held dearest to my heart, came from the facility where I worked my first 2 years as a CNA. I currently work PRN for an agency based out of Indianapolis. Although I am through an agency, I have been steadily picking up at a facility in Franklin for over 5 years. I am searching for a PRN or part time option closer to home. Hello my name is Michelle Dayton. I have worked in home healthcare for close to 25 years. I have been State certified as a CNA in both Michigan and Indiana. I am not currently certified but I am a registered HHA. I get tremendous enjoyment of taking care of others. My healthcare career started as a volunteer for hospice after I lost my grandparents. I've seen what amazing work they did and how at peace my grandparents were when they passed and I chose to pay it forward. I am a little more picky on the people I take care of then other Aides for two reasons: 1. If the client and I seem to clash it's no good for anyone. So I will not waste your time or my own. I will just respectfully decline the offer. 2. The clients I take on will not be just a clients. I love my people like they're my own family and I will do my absolute best to meet every need they have. If I cannot accomplish that I will find someone who can and put you in touch with them, because there's no sense in your family members being unhappy and uncomfortable in their own home. I feel that I am very caring and compassionate with each and every client that I've had. I believe everyone deserves respect, kindness and a voice( your opinion matters to me!) I will never force your family members to do something they don't want to do. I feel they have live through several wars, a great depression and a whole lot of hardship in the past and now is their time to be pampered. If your family member needs anything or you have questions about anything if I can't answer them I will find the answers and if I have the answers I will let you know.

Some personality traits that I have that are my strengths include compassion, patience as well as reliability I tend to stand on my words as well as responsibilities! Making other people happy is what gets my attention the most in this field! I have once received a bonus/ caregiver of the month at a past facility I've worked for with 2 clients !

I have been a caregiver for 8 years.I chose this proffesion because i enjoy working with elderly people and being an advocate for them. I enjoy getting to know them and hearing the stories of their lives.I was a med assist for 17 years and have alot of medical training including alzheimers and dementia training.I. have great refrences that were clients that can verify my work skills, honesty ,and integrity. I am available for first shift mon- friday, as early as 6 am until 6 pm. I care about everyone I meet. I try to learn their likes and dislike so that we can form a great understanding. I became a caregiver because people have always been a very nice to me and I've always wanted to give back that which I feel is part of my belief.
