What attracted me most to become a caregiver was when my dad got sick I knew I had to take care of him and I fell in love with taking care of him plus I like working and talking with the elderly cause you learn so much from them. I was a little girl taking care of her older grandmother but, it was fine because that's when my love and passion grew for caring for others. I take pride in the work that I do for people who are unable to do it for themselves . Learning all of their wants and needs and taking care of them and prioritizing them as if they were my own . Helping people and staying on top of their health and most importantly making sure they are treated right and respectfully is the most important part of my job .
