I was first attracted to caregiving when inrealized that all the good in me needes a place to be set free and I decided helping others was the best way to do this. I am a caring person who gives my all to my clients. I really enjoy caring for people and making a difference in their lives. I enjoy interacting with my clients, like reading , conversation, games when appropriate and taking them for walks when possible. Personal achievements for me are seeing a smile or getting a hug from my clients when I arrive to take care of them. It makes me feel good to know that my clients enjoy seeing me to care for them.

What makes me a great caregiver is being able to show empathy and compassion, to see my assignment more a ministry and calling than "work". I love people and working with families. I chose this area of work because it relates to my persona in that i am a natural , caring person by nature. My greatest achievements are when I am able to see results from the care and compassion I give. For example, when I have successfully been able to transition a patient from a state of "depression" to a sense of well-being and hope. I integrate this by instilling positive attitude, care and love for my clients with genuineness . I enjoy what I do and love getting up in the morning to make a difference the patient and families' lives.
