I'm caring and compassionate. I enjoy working with the eldery and helping others. I've been caring for others most of my life (over 20 years). It all started with helping care for family members. Being able to provide assistance, compassion, companionship, all while bringing a smile to their faces. It warms my heart to bring joy to others. Uplifting someone can make a big difference.

Hello , I'm Amanda and a local compassionate caregiver. I completed LPN school this past winter. I worked as an overnight nurse of a local rehab unit at a long term care facility. I am currently studying to take my state boards for my nursing license. My skills range from post op care to Covid care. I enjoy caregiving most because it gives me fulfilment.

What makes me be a good care giver is that i honestly give my all, i genuinely care for people. I take care of Dementia patients, mentally challenge, and one of my greatest achievement is to connect with the patient, where that person is able to acknowledge the great job you do with a smile or telling you thanks.

I'm not in the profession because of the money it's because I love people and I care about people and helping them and End of life care is my speciality because I want my clients to leave this world with there loved ones beside them with dignity and respect and if there's just one thing that I can do for a client or a family member or both and I know that I did everything I could to make them comfortable and less scared then I no I've done my job as a care giver and a good one . When I was a young girl I always wanted to be a nurse, I loved helping others , and my dream came true, I've worked in health care with geratric clients for over 26 yrs. I love what I do and that's why I've dedicated my life to helping others in many ways , not only at work . It's more than a job for me . I have 3 children and 5 granddaughters , I moved to AL, 2.5 years ago and this is my home now .

I am a very dependable, reliable, understanding, patience person, I am a fast learner that strives to meet goals of my client's needs. I am willing to do what it takes to make it comfortable and easy on clients, rather if they are at home or a facility. I can work any shift of how many hours needed to be filled. I am fun and out going. you can say young at heart. I havent meet any clients that didn't refuse my care techniques, thus far.
