I am that person who always have a smile for someone and make people happy.I have my covid vaccines .i had a nice compliment one of my Resident told me i go way beyond doing things for them that he was proud of me .

I first became interested in health care when my mother was ill and needed care herself and realized that I had a real passion for helping others. I enjoy knowing that the family can be at ease knowing I'm there taking care of their loved ones. At Long Beach Memorial I was know as the "sitter whisper" because whenever they had a difficult patient they would alway assign me that patient and by the end of the day the patient would no longer require restraints or was completely compliant and friendly. They always ask what was my secret and I would say I simply listen to what their needs are.

I come from a family of healthcare workers from CNAs to Doctors. When I was younger, I volunteered at the local shelter. People had a lot of issues, and I'd help them with almost anything they'd need. I've been hooked on helping people since. It's extremely rewarding to help someone.

I became a caregiver simply because I love to help people. I take a lot of pride in my work and it brings me a lot of joy. I enjoy getting to know the patients and try my best to make their day even with the simplest acts. I am also a couple years from graduating nursing school and CNA had provided me with very useful experience.
