I am a hard worker and passionate to help elderlies. I have a great experience in the field. I enjoy what I do.

I have been a caregiver for over 30 years and enjoy working with people and being part of their lives. I ran a retirement home as an assisted-living director and ran the dining room and started the Alzheimer's unit. I have been working with home health agencies and also at facilities and enjoy doing activities with the residence and seeing people smiling and laughing because most of them do not have families that come and visit them so basically we are their family. I enjoy being a caregiver and being in their homes because then you get to be one on one with them which makes caregiving more personable and it's a blessing that most of them can stay in their homes. Being a caregiver is not a talent or something that you can be trained on it's mostly what's in your heart and knowing that the elderly need good people to take care of them and One day we are going to be in the position where we will need someone to take care of us so knowing that there are good caregivers out there it just makes it easier on the family to take care of their loved one.

I have been at this type of work for about 15 years .I love the work , It makes my life more meaningful. To help someone who can not do it without assistance. To make them smile to make their days better. I will treat with the most respect for I to may be here someday.

I love to being a caregiver cause I know how it feel to work with the elder people and a disability because I being taking care off my grandpa for almost 2 year and my oldest son he was a disability. I to what the doctor told me to do to my son at home like give him medication on time and the food on time.so I think I will enyjoy working as a caregiver.

I am a Pagan Priest and it is a fundamental part of my faith for me to be of service to my fellow human beings. As an excessively extraverted person, I love people, and helping people in general, so caregiving has been a natural fit. I'm proud of going back to school (3 A's and a B!) despite all my physical challenges. I myself am a professional patient and have a multitude of various disorders and syndromes, basically pain all over all the time.
