I became a Certified Nursing Assistant because my grandmother was having a hard time when she became up to age and she needed some type of assistance. What makes me a great caregiver is I have a lot of empathy and compassion for my clients. I put my clients needs first. I am a very patient, flexible, dependable and trustworthy person. I enjoy the one on one time with clients . I always enjoy helping people in thier time of need and letting the family know that there love ones are in excellent care. My specialty is Geriatrics and any disability are element that my clients might encounter. I am always keeping myself updated on the newest developments in healthcare. I have 26 years of experience as a CNA in home and hospital as well. I am also a Non Smoker.

I became a caregiver because my grandmother had cancer and I wanted to learn how to take care of her, she was a survivor for 40 year, I admired how the nurses and the patient care techs took care of her. So I wanted to give back. The best thing I love about this job is seeing the transformation of ones being. It brings joy to my heart to see someone smile and laugh. I have a private duty case now and the daughter said her mother is so happy now and enjoy when I come a take care of her that is a personal achievement especially when you are taking care of someones mother. My name is Lisa Council I am 49 years old but I look every bit of 29, I am outgoing and love to have fun with my residents, they are such a joy. I have no children, but I am married. I am also a licensed cosmetologist and medical assistance, so I do spoil my residents. I pamper them male and female.I have been to college haven't received my degree yet but I am working on it. I presently work at Piedmont Newnan Hospital on the Orthopedic floor.I reside in Palmetto Ga. I am looking for that one on one care instead of 18 patients as a load, It pays well but I am not getting the satisfaction of what my purpose is for doing direct patient care. That is why I choose to do Private Duty.

I am a student studying for nursing and I have been in the health care field since 2018. I absolutely love what I do.

Raising 26 children to adulthood - two biological daughters and twenty-four orphaned children in Ukraine and Uganda - has cultivated within me a world-encompassing love and compassion for people; I am approachable, relational, teachable, reliable, and conscientious.

I'm a great care giver because I give my best care, compassion and concerns with TLC . I love being a caregiver because I love to help people and assisting with care to those who are not able to care for themselves. At the end of a shift and I'm leaving my client and they are smiling and happy and are very satisfied with my services ,that is a personal achievement for me .

This is an in built desire i have for helping individuals who are limited in maintaining quality life either due to disease condition or aged. Being a care giver makes me feel good knowing that have met the expctation of those i am caring live dignify and quality life despite the physical or mental challenges they are facing, My personal achievement is making the individuals i am caring for know and feel they are important with a sense of belonging. I have been a caregiver for four years, a mother of two beautiful daughters.

I am really dependable when it comes to care of someone else's love 1 as I will want my family to be treated the same I give great care and attention to detail when I am working one on one with my patients and I often become really close with the family so I take pride in my work and being able to use my clients as references after my services are no longer needed.I would try my best to make the experience of having personal care the best decision you could have made
