Nursing is a calling, God placed it in my heart.I nurse as if I'm doing it unto the Lord I absolutely LOVE what I do & I'm so blessed through it.I've been voted the best nurse at my facility by my patients.I learn my patients, their individual needs, specific likes/dislikes and personality. I've been a nurse sine 2002 I am & will always be my patient's advocate.Insisting & ensuring they get the highest quality care.I'm very skilled, kind, patient, compassionate, giving & caring. My desire is to touch lives & improve the quality of life for those needing nursing care.I graduated nursing school with a 4.0, finished all but 7 months of RN school & then life happened & financially wasn't able to finish. Now unfortunately many of my classes have expired, but I'm ok with that lvn/rn just long as I'm nursing. I'm a 34yo mother to the BEST 16yo in the WORLD & very happily married woman.I'm originally from GA & I've got the southern drawl to prove it.I love animals of all kinds & believe they're a gift from God. I'm saved by grace through faith (thank you Jesus), I'm spiritual not religious. I'd never push my beliefs on you. I speak through my actions & hope they reflect evidence of something bigger than myself (God) working through me.Experience in staff development, psych care, hospital settings (med-surg & telemetry) & long term care.I have a heart for the elderly.Looking for a better opportunity. Hello my name is Shereka Darlington . My personality traits and expertise that help me being a great caregiver would be helping my teammate out and also being a helping hand. I am honest wit everything I do and being patient with whome I'm caring for . Having confidence in what I'm doing in my job field no matter what Challenges I face. The one thing that attracted me to be a caregiver would be having the heart to care for others and their needs and taking on the responsibility that comes on being a good caregiver to the ones I'm caring for . Being a good organized person in my job course and being trustworthy to my client and their families. What I enjoyed most being a caregiver would be working with people into a environment I can get along with and having a one- one-one interaction with the ones I'm caring for , and I also enjoyed that I can get along with other elders . Personal achievement that I'm proud of would be accomplishing school into a career field I see myself into . I'm proud of taking the ability I have to care for the ones that are in need and still doing that now.

I am 35 years of age. I became a caregiver because when I was younger my grandmother became very sick and her kids & my family out her in a nursing home. I don't think anyone should have to go into a nursing home if they have family so I wanted to be able to help people to keep their loved ones at home. I'm a great caregiver because I look at all of my clients as my family. I love being a caregiver because I get to meet new people and I make sure they know that they have someone. It's not the end of the road....regardless. I love being a caregiver but I really love being a great mother. I have 4 boys and I really love my kids and they are the reasons why I do the best I can do with everything that I do

I have been in this business since 1986 I have worked with a lot of interesting people .that I grew to love like my own I lost my cna certificate due to illness but now that I am better I am ready to get back to work and do what I love .my last case I was with for 11 years and went to work at a nursing facility until illness .but I am well now

I have work in many nursing homes as volunteers and as an actual CNA jobs. I love taking care of people because I've always takin care of my grandma before she passed away and that showed me that helping people is what I'm best at. I enjoy just overall helping people and making them feel better mentally and physically. The personal achievement that I am proud of is just overall becoming an CNA and currently studying to become an RN.

I am 20 years old college student well mannered and responsible. I am a very dependable person you can count on me for anything that you need. I cared for my grandmother for 7 months until she passed away in May. I am a straight forward and honest person and I care about people and making them happy. I would love to work with a loving family that would have the honor of letting me work for them.

I enjoy being able to make a difference in some one's life and how it makes then feel to know to know that they are truly loved and tossed them smile and to be able to listen to them when they feel that there loved ones are to busy to be there or they feel like they don't want to be a burden. I just feel this is my calling .
