Hello I'm Phantashia Shine, I'm a loving, outgoing, bubble personality, I love what I do and that's taking care of a family love one like my own, I've been a caregiver over 15 years and then got certified so that I am able to give the care that is needed not only the right way but the correct way by taking courses to keep up with my caregiver skills. As a caregiver I try to put myself and every situation as my own so that I can take the time to not only understand how the family member feels but also my patients, Sometimes it's not an easy task taking on someone new and not knowing the person, I try my best to understand everything and every situation. What I enjoy most is being able to show the unconditional love that I have to give.

From the age of 12 My Grandmother suffered from many illnesses ( Diabetes, Dementia, and Alzheimer's along with Several Strokes). Growing up in a family oriented environment I felt it was my duty to help/assist her. Every since then I knew that this was the field I wanted to pursue my career in. Bringing joy and smiles to my client's faces while still providing professional and loving care. Being able to give those in need excellent care and professional services. I'm recently married and just relocated from Michigan to Georgia I'm a very loving and outgoing People's person who loves life. I love achieving the goals I set and I'm always striving to do better. I work well under pressure as well as being a great team player Being Respectful, Courteous, Loyal and Devoted is what I set out to achieve with every client

I'm a great caregiver because I care so much for my clients. I became a caregiver is when my sister opened up her personal caregiver home business and she hired me as a caregiver and I use to have to live there to take care of 6 clients that was mobile. I sometimes didn't go home for months because I cared so much about my clients. What I like about being a caregiver is being able to be an assistant to their every needs and wants and to keep them welled satisfied and happy. My personal achievement is just being there for all of them.

I deliver direct personal care supporting the families of an elderly individuals. Responsible for a plethora of duties ranging from scheduling appointments for medical care, ensuring attendance to extra-curricular activities, and aiding in the completion of household errands and maintenance of both properties.I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I can have one-on-one interaction with others putting a smile on there face knowing I have achieve a goal of happiness, love, and trustworthy. I treat them the same way I would like to be treated and the way I would like my family members to be treated if needed care. I went into healthcare right out of high school and have been in the field since. I love providing care for all ages. Its my passion. I'm currently in school to continue my education in nursing. I volunteer at my local animal control. I am very passionate about animal care and protecting them from abuse. I current foster animals to get them ready for their furever home.

Why did I become a caregiver you ask. Growing up I always was around the older women in my family. I loved listening to all the old stories. When my grandma got sick I watched how her CNA will just come in and do her anyway. It break my heart. As I got older the love got stronger for elderly. The best part of being a caregiver is knowing that your able to help someone when they need you the most. I'm a young woman with a bright future ahead of me.
